Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Boys Lacrosse
Arrowhead Youth Lacrosse understands unforeseen circumstances may arise which prevent a registered participant from participating in the season. However, due to the upfront costs associated with league operations—including equipment, uniforms, field rentals, and administrative expenses—the following refund policy applies: Refunds may be requested up to the registration closing date. Requests made before this deadline will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing/administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration period has closed, except in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical issues, family relocation). Refunds requested due to extenuating circumstances must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All such requests must be approved by a majority vote of the Lacrosse Board of Directors provided supporting documentation has been submitted and verified (e.g., physician’s note, proof of relocation).
